Recipe of Tostis with Chicken "Tinga"

Prepare mini tinga tostadas with our tostis from the comfort of your home.


1 package of Tostis Mexsabores

Enough cilantro

1 head of garlic

2 cups of fresh lettuce

6 tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic

220 grams of Chipotle Chili

1 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

¼ onion

⅓ onion, sliced

Salt and pepper

1 cup cream


1.- In a pot boil the water with the chicken, onion, garlic, cilantro and a little salt for about 50 minutes or until it is cooked and then shred the chicken.

2.- Blend the tomatoes with the onion, garlic, chipotle peppers, the cup of chicken broth, salt and pepper until you obtain the sauce.

3.- In a frying pan put the sliced onion with the oil, add the sauce and let it cook for 20 minutes. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes more.

4.- Put all the chicken tinga ready in a refractory, take one of the tostis and put a proportional amount of tinga to make a mini tostada, put some lettuce and cream on top to garnish. Repeat this last step until you have made mini tostadas with all the chicken. Enjoy this delicious snack.
