QUALITY RAW MATERIALS
NIXTAMALIZED CORN
Staying loyal to our culinary traditions, we process our products with nixtamalized corn. In this process the corn grain must boil in an alkaline solution of calcium hydroxide. This type of treatment has the advantage of lowering the level of contamination of the caryopsis through the removal of the pericarp and the preservation of many nutritional principles.
IODIZED SALT
In Mexsabores we use high quality ingredients with great nutritional value, that's why we decided to use iodized salt for the production of our tortillas.
