Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1 tomato
100 grams of onion
20 fresh coriander leaves (without stems)
1 lime
salt
1 package of Totopos Mexsabores
Preparation:
1: Finely chop the onion and serrano chili into brunoise. Cut the tomato into cubes.
2: Wash the cilantro and separate the leaves from the stems. The stems are discarded and we are left with only the leaves. Finely chop the cilantro leaves with a sharp knife.
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
3: Cut the avocados in half, lengthwise, remove the stone and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.
Mash the pulp well with a fork until creamy. Add the onion, tomato, chilli, coriander and lemon juice and finally salt. Mix all the ingredients well.
Accompany the dish with our Totopos Mexsabores.
