Ingredients:
1 package of refried beans
1 small onion cut into small pieces
1 package of Totopos Mexsabores
50 grams of nacho jalapeños cut into rounds
2 tablespoons of tomato puree
50 grams of Chorizo
1 cup and a half of hot water
1/4 cup of oil.
Preparation:
1.- Cook the beans in hot water, once cooked mash the beans while still hot with a fork adding a little hot water to soften them well until you get a very smooth cream.
2.- Heat the oil in a frying pan, brown the onion a little together with the jalapeños and the chorizo, then add the tomato puree.
3.- Add the beans after a few minutes, stirring constantly. Mix all the ingredients together well.
Transfer everything to a soup plate and garnish with Totopos Mexsabores.
