Recipe Enchiladas verdes

Learn how to prepare traditional green enchiladas at home.


1 chicken breast, frayed

1 Cup Cilantro

1 clove of garlic

1/2 onion

1 cup cream cheese

1 cup of cream

½ cup olive oil

3 tablespoons chopped cilantro


1.- Boil water in a pot.

2.- Add the tomatoes, serrano pepper, garlic and half an onion for 10 minutes.

Then blend everything , add cilantro to make the sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.

3.- Fry the MEXSabores tortillas in hot oil. Dip the tortillas in the salsa, then stuff with the chicken and roll up. Top with more salsa and garnish with cream cheese, onion and chopped cilantro.

4.- Finally, heat 50g of refried beans and place next to the enchiladas, garnishing with one or two Totopos on top of the beans.
