PREPARATION

Add 2-3 tablespoons of Sazonador for Pozole Sazón Natural in 2 liters of water or broth. Cook the meat (pork or chicken) until tender, then add hominy (corn for pozole) and let simmer for about 40 minutes. The result will be a rich, aromatic, and fragrant broth.
