Mole is a Mexican sauce seasoned with spices and chili, and thickened with corn dough, tortilla, or bread. It is perfect on chicken, enchiladas, Azteca tortas, or any dish. Just add a certain amount of chicken broth or water for each glass of mole and it is Pronto.
