White corn flour nixtamized with folic acid, iron (electrolytic iron) and zinc (zinc oxide) and replenished with vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate) and vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin).

PREPARATION
To make authentic tamales, mix 500g flour with 300ml hot broth, 150g lard (or vegetable oil), 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Knead until smooth and spreadable. Spread the mixture on the corn leaves, add the desired filling (meat, cheese, vegetables), close the leaves and steam for about 1 hour.
For a creative twist, you can add spices like cumin or paprika to the mixture, or incorporate pureed peppers for a distinctive color and flavor.
