PREPARATION
Per utilizzare i Chile Guajillo Xatze secchi, elimina semi e picciolo, quindi tostali dolcemente in padella asciutta per 30 secondi per intensificarne l'aroma. Ammollali in acqua calda per 15 minuti prima di frullarli insieme a cipolla, aglio e pomodoro per creare salse saporite. Il risultato è una salsa guajillo perfetta per tacos, enchiladas, pozole o carne grigliata.
In alternativa, per un tocco gourmet, immergi i peperoncini in olio d’oliva per creare un olio piccante aromatico, ideale per condire insalate, pasta o bruschette.
