PREPARATION

To best enjoy the Pork Tamales in Salsa Verde, it is recommended to heat them in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes until they are very hot. Alternatively, they can be reheated by steaming for about 10-15 minutes. Once ready, remove the plantain leaf wrapper and serve.

For an extra kick, serve with a spicy salsa or a squeeze of fresh lime. They can be served with traditional sides like Mexican rice, black beans, or a fresh avocado and tomato salad.
